Anthropic Launches Services Track and Partner Hub for Claude Integrations

At a glance: Anthropic introduces a performance classification system for Claude integrators that measures demonstrated productive customers, certified personnel, and published case studies rather than abstracting on company size.

Anthropic presents a classification system for partners implementing Claude in enterprise environments and a central hub for guidance. The program is based on 10,000 certified consultants and over 40,000 applicants from a global partner network.

The Claude Partner Network, funded with 100 million dollars for training and support since March, has made the operational reality of AI implementations its core focus: a successful pilot project differs fundamentally from a productive system. Success lies in integration, evaluation, and workflow transformation — tasks that enterprises solve with experienced partners.

The new Services Track structures partners into three tiers based on demonstrated practice: In Tier Select, partners require at least 10 certified individuals, 2 productive customers, and 1 published case study. In Tier Preferred, at least 100 certified professionals, 15 productive customers, and 3 customer stories. The Global Premier tier requires at least 1,000 certified individuals, 100 productive customers across three or more regions, and 15 customer stories. A review occurs each quarter.

The metric measures three objective indicators: active certifications with Claude usage in the last 90 days, number of productive customers, and published references. The system favors not size, but proven operationalization capability — a ten-person team and a global consultancy are subject to the same requirements.

Major professional services firms are already building Claude practices: Accenture is training 30,000 professionals, Cognizant has activated around 350,000 employees, Deloitte 470,000 people, KPMG over 276,000, and PwC is initially rolling out Claude Code and Cowork for US teams. The Claude Partner Hub gives partners real-time dashboards of their position against tier requirements and helps enterprise customers identify the right partner for their project size.
