Claude Code v0.2.32

An interactive setup wizard for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers is now available, making configuration in Claude much simpler. Persistent shell fixes have also been released. The claude mcp add command guides users step-by-step through the process of setting up new MCP servers, eliminating the need to manually edit configuration files. Multiple bugs in the PersistentShell component have been fixed at the same time, resolving instability issues that occurred during extended shell sessions. These fixes specifically address issues related to state management and error handling. For enterprise environments in the DACH region, this means reduced complexity in MCP integration and increased reliability for automated workflows. The supported setup process makes it easier for teams without advanced Claude API knowledge to get started. The stabilization of PersistentShell is of great importance in compliance environments, where maintaining audit logs and uninterrupted session continuity are essential. Recommendation: Compliance managers should review the updated versions of PersistentShell before using them in live security audit environments.
