Anthropic Opens Mythos Model to European Cybersecurity Authority ENISA

In a nutshell: ENISA gains access to Anthropic’s Mythos model through Project Glasswing for security testing in the context of European AI regulation.

Anthropic is granting the European agency ENISA (European Union Agency for Cybersecurity) access to its Mythos language model as part of Project Glasswing. The agreement results from direct cooperation between the European Commission and Anthropic.

The European security authority ENISA will gain access to Anthropic’s Mythos model through the Project Glasswing initiative. This opening is the result of bilateral cooperation between the European Commission and Anthropic.

For CISOs, this represents a new opportunity to support European cybersecurity authorities in evaluating AI systems. ENISA can use the Mythos model for testing, security analysis and compliance checks in the context of the EU AI Act.

The measure demonstrates Anthropic’s commitment to regulatory cooperation in the EU and underscores the growing relevance of AI model access for government supervisory authorities in the European sphere.
