Claude Code v0.2.34

Claude now allows users to configure Vim keybindings for text input. Users can activate this feature using the `/vim` command or via the configuration page at `/config`. This integration enables developers and power users to use familiar Vim navigation commands (such as hjkl movement, modes, and operators) directly within the chat interface. This minimizes the need to switch back and forth between the editor and the application. Activation: – Use the inline command `/vim` in chat – Set it permanently via the `/config` command. The feature is primarily designed for users familiar with Vim and increases productivity when executing repetitive input tasks. This can help promote the adoption of AI assistants in enterprise environments that rely on standardized editor workflows. Relevance for compliance: This feature is purely a user interface customization and has no impact on data processing, security, or audit requirements.
