Giotto.ai and KPS Cooperate on Sovereign AI Infrastructure for Enterprises

In a nutshell: Giotto.ai and KPS combine AI technology with SAP integration to offer enterprises AI infrastructure that can be operated without external cloud providers.

Swiss AI platform Giotto.ai and consulting firm KPS AG are building a partnership to equip European organizations with AI systems that can be operated on their own infrastructure. The focus is on data sovereignty and independence from external cloud providers.

Giotto.ai develops a proprietary AI model along with an operating system that runs on different operational models: on their own graphics processors, in sovereign cloud environments, via Giotto-managed resources, or as pre-configured appliances. According to the company, individual GPUs are already sufficient for certain use cases. Broader access for additional users is planned for July.

KPS AG brings more than 25 years of experience in digital transformation and serves as an SAP Gold Partner. The consulting firm supports customers with the integration of SAP S/4HANA and the optimization of business and finance processes. This is intended to make it easier to integrate AI applications into existing IT structures. KPS is particularly present in retail, consumer goods, and fashion, which enables faster implementation of concrete AI applications in these industries.

Giotto.ai CEO Aldo Podestà emphasizes that control, security, and traceability are central requirements of modern AI solutions — the joint offering should provide advanced AI functionality without compromises to governance or operational control. KPS CEO Leonardo Musso sees the combination of SAP systems and Giotto.ai solutions as the foundation for customized and future-proof applications with concrete business value. The partnership follows a recently announced cooperation between Giotto.ai and SAP on AI Reasoning Capabilities, advanced capabilities for logical reasoning that could be integrated into SAP Joule agents.
